VS 2005 Phases to RTM

RTM is as much a journey as it is a destination and Pascal Naber was clever enough to get his hands on this Power Point slide, which states, among other things, that VS 2005 will be released to manufacturing six months after Beta 2.

According to my calculations, that would place the release of VS 2005 sometime in October 2005, which matches up with the “in the Fall” mantra I've been hearing from MS folk.

It's interesting to note that the chart on the slide spans four years: 3 years prior to the release and one year after.
