I wrote my first plug-in for Windows Live Writer.
This plug in duplicates the functionality of my Technorati Tag Generator.
You can download it here and extract the zip file to C:\Program Files\Windows Live Writer\Plugins.
Once LiveWriter is running, you will see my plug in addded to the Insert panel on the action pane.
