Thanks to everyone who downloaded, tweeted and blogged about my PDC Session Content downloader.
Based on feedback, I made some updates.
First of all, the XML data structure is smaller, resulting in less download time and load on my server:

The original screen scrape I did was done before all the PDC09 sessions were online. Therefore, the original data file is missing some sessions. The new one is complete.
Secondly, you can now download slides, lower resolution WMV files, as well as the WMV HD files.
Despite these improvements, the application (and its source code) is still very basic. Synchronous calls and not much in the way of error handling. If you need to stop it, close the program and delete any unfinished downloads: the program is smart enough to pick up missing files.
