One of the great things about Windows 8, is that you can create apps in a variety of languages.
As long time readers of this blog know, I come from a C#, XAML, and Silverlight background.
In the past year, I’ve come to tolerate, even appreciate, JavaScript. Take a look at my “Dr ScriptLove” slide deck for the reasons why.
I wanted to take the pulse of my readers and see what your language of choice will be.

In this totally unscientific poll, it looks like C# is still the language of choice for my readers/Twitter followers, etc by a fairly healthy margin.
It’s easy to see why: C# is a great language and there’s a lot of potential for code re-use from Windows Phone 7, Silverlight, and even desktop app solutions.
